Transform your Life with Energy Medicine

 Incredibly Sensitive Souls

We are incredible, flowing, emotionally sensitive beings that absorb the impressions of an ever-changing diverse cosmic world through our own unique energy systems. We as HSPs, have a tendency to pick-up frequencies and vibrations that we take on deeply as our own. 

That is why it is important to take care and finely-tune the Living Energy System each day. When we feel out of sorts, exhausted, overly emotional or stuck, we can learn to shift this system into a higher vibrational frequency by using energy medicine tools to assist us.
Energy medicine often proposes that imbalances in the body's "energy field" result in illness, and that by re-balancing the body's energy-field health can be restored.[1]"
Below you will find simple energy exercises, videos and tips from the experts in the field of energy medicine and healing. It is my intention these cutting edge resources will bring you wisdom, light and inspiration to help transform you into a fully realized conscious being. For most of us, being balanced and awake remains elusive.
Sensing the Energy
A Simple Energy Exercise   
You can begin to learn more about energy by experimenting with the simple energy exercises listed below. Energy is always present whether we realize this or not. According to Eastern ancient healing systems the foundation for good health is a subtle energy system that is flowing smoothly.


When working with my energy field... I like to begin by going to a quiet place where it is comfortable, nurturing and peaceful. If you require some additional support to help you unwind and relax just listen to this beautiful video below, by Enya.

Are you Ready, if so lets begin....

1.  Take a few deep breaths and get centered. This may take a few minutes.

2.  Rub your hands together briskly for about 1-minute. Pause...

3. Close your eyes, tune-in and observe. Do you feel or notice anything? Do you sense a warm tingly feeling?  Or you may feel something else? 




4.  Move your hands out to about 6 inches and than back close together, about 1/2 inch apart. You may notice a kind of magnetic pull when your  hands move apart and come close together again. Do this a few times and see what you sense. 

Maybe this was the first time you sensed yourself as energy that is moving and flowing? If so, you may become aware of a whole new world of energy that surrounds you. 

You can also place your hands on different parts of the body that may require love and healing. This is very good tension relieving tool in emotional times of stress.

Ramp it Up .... A Powerful Energy Booster
Learning to do these simple energy medicine techniques each day, can  ramp up the Living Energy System,  boost your energy so you can be humming along.  

It also can be the way to improve your health, receive clarity of mind and connect with your highest soul's wisdom.


Please follow the outline below as your guide. As you begin to work with the 5 minute daily Energy Medicine routine, you will notice how easy it is to shift your energy in a moment. This is incredibly useful in times of stress and emotional overload. 

The graphic below outlines a quick Energy Medicine technique to shift your vibration in a few seconds.  It consists of tapping on the Kidney, Thymus and Spleen Accu-points, each for 20-seconds.

I use this tool as a quick pick me up and when there as been a high influx of emotional energy coming into my system.

I do recommend watching the video posted below, called the 5-Minute  Energy Medicine Routine, by Donna Eden. This routine has been an amazing tool of transformation in those times when I needed immediate relief.

The Two Minute Energy Medicine Routine
Begin by taking a few deep full breaths, get centered,  and let go of any stress in this moment.  Relax!  

(1) Start by tapping on K-27 Points (look at the diagram or video for more information) for 20 seconds. You can use both hands at the same time if you wish. Breathe Deeply! The kidney accu-points hold fear in the body, according to oriental medicine.

 (2) Tap on the Thymus point for 20 seconds or longer.  The  point is located mid sternum area, also known as the breast bone. 
The heart holds a lot of electro-magnetic energy and this is the first area to go out when we are overloaded with emotions and stressed out.  
"The thymus was known to the Ancient Greeks, and its name comes from the Greek word θυμός (thumos), meaning heart, soul, desire, life — possibly because of its location in the chest, near where emotions are subjectively felt." Wikipedia.org 


The heart is the most powerful energy field of the body.  This electro-magnetic field for some people may go out more than a 100 miles.   This is according to the research conducted by The Heart Math Institute. 
Modern science states, the Thymus gland is thought to atrophy when we are in our pre-adolescent years.  What would it take to change this belief?  Tapping is another way to reactivate this powerful gland.  Breathe deeply while tapping on this point!

(3) Tap on the Spleen Neuro-lymphatic points for 20 seconds.  Breathe Deeply! The spleen accu-points are responsible for regulating your metabolism and helps keep the immune system healthy. Great point to use when you want to get rid of those extra pounds and great to do in cold and flu season.

This point is found a little below the bra line and off to the side.  If it is very sore you can massage the points instead of tapping on them and this usually shifts in a few days.

When you're done take a few deep breaths and observe... how do you feel? Are you feeling more energized, balanced, centered and more focused? I would guess you probably answered "yes" to most of the questions above. However, if for some reason this exercise does not transform your subtle energy system over time, you may need some additional support from a trained practitioner who specializes in positive energetic transformation.
